PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The AC-375 is a high-precision automatic tape cutting machine specifically optimized for processing crushable soft strip/tubular materials such as heat shrink tubing. It employs a unique belt-feeding system that gently flattens and steadily conveys the material during feeding, perfectly solving the common problems of rolling and inaccurate positioning associated with round soft tubes. This ensures stable and precise fixed-length cutting. With its compact structure and high efficiency, it is a dedicated solution for the high-volume cutting of heat shrink tubing, marker sleeves, and similar materials in the electronics, electrical appliance, and wire harness industries.

FEATURES

1. Designed for Crushable Materials: The core design targets deformable soft materials like heat shrink tubing. The feeding and cutting mechanisms work in concert to ensure material is fed and cut in a stable, moderately flattened state, resulting in clean cuts and eliminating length errors and processing difficulties caused by tube rolling.

2. High-Precision Belt-Feed System: Utilizes a flat belt feeding method with large contact area and even friction, ensuring smooth, slip-free conveyance.
