TC-CP6 Servo Cold-press Terminal Stripping & Crimping Machine

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TC-CP6 servo cold-press terminal crimping machine is specially designed for wire harness processing of RV circular O-type and SV fork U-type bare cold terminals, compatible with 0.5–6.0mm² BVR and RV multi-strand flexible wires. The machine automatically starts once the wire is fed, integrating all processing procedures in one unit: automatic wire stripping, wire twisting, automatic terminal feeding, and high-precision servo crimping.

The fully enclosed body with visible observation window ensures safe and intuitive operation. Terminals are automatically fed via a vibratory bowl feeder, which can be adjusted to fit various terminal types with simple fine-tuning. The machine adopts combined pneumatic & electric driving system, equipped with servo crimping, servo twisting, electric stripping and electric wire clamping mechanisms. A 7-inch HMI touch screen is installed; wire feeding depth can be adjusted electrically, all process parameters can be saved and recalled with one click for easy commissioning.
