This machine is specially designed for aviation pin terminals, suitable for wire harness processing of 0.3–6.0mm² cables.
It auto-starts once wire is inserted, integrating automatic stripping, wire twisting, terminal feeding and servo crimping in one cycle.
Closed cabinet with visible observation window for real-time operation viewing. Bulk terminals are fed by vibratory bowl feeder. Combined servo crimping, servo twisting, electric stripping and electric wire clamp with pneumatic structure for easy operation. Equipped with 7-inch HMI touch screen; wire insertion depth is electrically adjustable, all process parameters can be saved and recalled with one click.
